In this time of feeling like the world is upside down take a moment to get grounded by connecting to nature.
A momentary breath of fresh air,
seeing buds on the trees,
searching for seedlings sprouting in the spring soil,
simply watching the clouds go by,
or soaking up some sunshine
are all ways we can bring peace and calm back into our lives to help navigate the challenges ahead.
Once you are there in that space pay attention to the kiddos and pets in your life and find moments of laughter and silly to help light the way.
